We ship to all countries in the world.


Delivery time.

The product will be prepared and send within 8 working days. Almost all orders will arrive within 10 business days. Counting from the date when the order is dispatched.Studio Giftig is not responsible for any delay that results from an incorrect address the absence of the recipient or by incidents beyond our control.


Shipping fees

The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost depending on the weight and destination of the products purchased. Shipping costs are available in advance by the “calculate shipping” button. Customs and other import processing fees are not included and must be handled by the customer. The return fees are at your own expense.


Payment

All payments are taken in EUR (€) and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank. Import duties taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.


Returns

Before shipping we do a quality check on the product. We always take pictures before shipping and the product is fully insured during transport. If you are not satisfied with the product please contact us at info@studiogiftig.com. We will come to a solution together. Specially produced items are however not eligible for return. The return fees are at your own expense. All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. 


The customer should only accept packages without visible signs of wear and tear. If the customer decides to accept visibly damaged items this should be noted on the delivery form next to their signature. If product is found to have been affected the customer must email us immediately attaching pictures of both the packaging and its contents. All the original packaging must also be retained. The customer must inform Studio Giftig within 14 days of their intention to return the item. The package must then be shipped within a further 14 days.
